STORE PROPERLY:
Separate your jewelry: Store each piece separately to prevent scratching and tangling. Use individual pouches, jewelry boxes, or compartments within a jewelry box.
Keep it dry: Moisture can tarnish metals and damage gemstones. Store your jewelry in a dry place, away from bathrooms and kitchen sinks.
CLEANING:
Regular cleaning: Clean your jewelry regularly to remove dirt, oils, and grime. Use a soft, lint-free cloth or a jewelry polishing cloth to gently wipe the surface.
Pearls and opals: These are delicate and can be easily damaged. Wipe them gently with a damp, soft cloth, and avoid soaking them in water.
AVOID HARSH CHEMICALS:
Remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or using household cleaning products. Chlorine, saltwatea, and chemicals can tarnish metals and damage gemstones.
Remove before activities: Take off your jewelry before engaging in strenuous activities or sports to prevent damage or loss.
Put on last: Perfume, lotions, and hairsprays can tarnish or discolor jewelry. Put your jewelry on last, after applying these products.
Avoid tugging: Be gentle when putting on and taking off bracelets and necklaces to avoid stretching or breaking.
Keep your jewelry clean and dry them by using cloths, cleansers, and jewelry bags, among other things. Wear your jewelry after you have completed your beauty regimen.
Do not wear your jewelry while cleaning, swimming and taking a shower.
To clean lightly tarnished 925 Sterling Silver jewelry items, wash in warm water with phosphate free mild soap, rinse and dry thorougly with a soft cotton cloth.
Returns & Exchange

- Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us!
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
